I want to extend a hearty welcome to you from the Ypsilanti Seventh-day Adventist church family. Although relatively small (200 members), we are big in mission and ministry for Jesus Christ.
Ypsilanti is a community of nearly 50,000 people, 45 miles west of Detroit and 5 miles east of Ann Arbor. Our city is the home of Eastern Michigan University, the Tucker Automobile manufacturer and Mr. Elijah McCoy, as well as neighbor to the University of Michigan “Wolverines”.
Our church is known for the unique features of the worship service and the diversity of its membership. The praise and worship service provides a time of hope and healing for the congregation. During the “Praise Report” segment, friends and members have the opportunity to share with one another their triumphs and trials and acknowledge God’s blessing in everything.
The Ypsilanti Seventh-day Adventist Church is committed to meeting the challenges of the 21st century. With satellite evangelism, media and downlink presentations on a variety of topics, the church is informed and equipped to strengthen its ministries and expand its base of operation for the advancement of the kingdom of God.
